Me and My Clone

If only I could clone myself,

I’d live one life with two,

The clone could go to work for me,

And they wouldn’t have a clue.

I lay in bed in the mornings,

Ignoring the alarm,

I’d spend the days just having fun,

What could be the harm?

I get done all I wanted too,

Work wouldn’t stand in the way,

The clone would earn my money,

While I could spend and play.

If only I could clone myself,

I know it’s just a dream,

But imagine the possibilities,

They’re endless it would seem.
