The
fool who falls
Hey
here I go again, Setting
myself up for another fall, Thinking
that at last I’m happy, Smiling
the biggest smile of all, You
say the most wonderful things, I
start to believe they’re true, I
start to feel that life is great, And
I’m happy coz I’ve met you. Hey
here I go again, Setting
myself up for another fall, Finding
what I think is true love, And
giving it my all, I
follow my heart dismiss my head, I
believe in fate and destiny, Begin
to believe I’m something special, But
how could anyone love me. Hey
here I go again, Setting
myself up for another fall, In
too deep too quick, Believing
promises like a fool, You’ll
say you’ll always be there, You
say you love me true, And
like the biggest fool of all, I
believe in you. But
hey here I go again, Setting
myself up for another big fall, Oh
how my poor heart suffers, And
I wish I’d never been born at all.
